Depending on how you interact with the site, we process:

• identification and contact data (first name, last name, e-mail, phone),
• document data (ID/passport number, driving licence number) — to conclude the rental agreement,
• booking and payment data (dates, amounts, Stripe transaction IDs),
• technical data (IP address, cookie IDs, device type, analytics data).

• conclusion and performance of the rental agreement — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• issuing accounting documents and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR,
• handling enquiries and communication — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
• own marketing and analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given via cookie banner),
• establishing and defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We may share your data with:

• payment providers (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.),
• IT and hosting providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, Cloudflare),
• e-mail and transactional notification providers,
• insurers and fleet operators in Spain,
• public authorities where required by law.

Some providers (e.g. infrastructure operators) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we apply appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

• marketing data — until consent is withdrawn,
• contact form data — up to 12 months after the correspondence ends.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• rectify and erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal),
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain or your local DPA).
