What insurance packages do you offer — Basic or Premium?+
Two options. Basic (from €45/day) includes mandatory third-party liability and basic collision coverage with a deductible — we place a refundable €500 hold on your card at pickup. Premium is full insurance with zero deductible, third-party liability + collision + glass + tires, no deposit and no card hold — for a one-time €30 fee added to the whole booking (regardless of how many days you rent).
What is the exact difference between Basic and Premium?+
Basic: lower daily rate but we require a refundable €500 hold on your card at pickup. In case of damage you're liable up to the deposit amount. Premium: full insurance with no deductible, no deposit, no card hold — if there's a scratch or bump you pay nothing extra. Premium is a one-time €30 added to the whole booking (regardless of days). You pick the package during booking.
How does the €500 hold on Basic work?+
We only place the hold at pickup — €500 blocked on your credit or debit card. After you return the car without damage the funds are released (usually 1–7 business days, depending on the bank). If you'd rather not have any hold at all, choose Premium — there is no deposit there.
Can I pick up the car at Alicante airport (ALC)?+
Yes. We meet you at the ALC terminal right after landing. Just share your flight number — we'll be waiting with the keys.
Do you speak English?+
Yes — the whole team speaks English. WhatsApp support 7 days a week, including roadside help during your holiday.
Can I drive to Portugal or other EU countries?+
Yes, Portugal doesn't need extra approval. If you plan to drive to Morocco or Andorra, let us know before booking.
Is there a mileage limit?+
No. Every booking (Basic and Premium) comes with unlimited kilometers — feel free to drive to Valencia, Barcelona or Andalusia.
How does fuel work?+
We hand over the car with a full tank and ask you to return it full. No refuelling service fee.
Can I add a second driver?+
Yes — additional driver is €4/day. We just need their driver's license at pickup. Available on both Basic and Premium.
What if my flight is delayed?+
No fees for a delayed flight. We monitor your flight status — just message us on WhatsApp after you land.
